This 2-chip PositionSense solution pairs the 6-axis IMU with the TMR magnetometer to provide 9-axis sensing with absolute heading output. The IMU’s extended ±4000 dps gyroscope and ±32 g accelerometer full-scale ranges improve measurement headroom for high-dynamic motion. At the same time, on-chip sensor fusion, gyro-assisted calibration, and I2C/SPI support with 1.2V VDDIO enable robust low-power integration in always-on applications. The solution is ideal for Wearable, Smart glasses, and robotic applications.
